OG Bar Beast | Calisthenics

Met a gentleman at the park today, another warrior spirit, and the frequency aligned organically. No introduction needed, the energy did the talking. He put me on to a calisthenics park I did not know about. I put him on to a few variants he had never run. He accepted every challenge without hesitation. By the end of the session respect was earned.

The energy you put out finds you.

Salute, brother.
