Do we want to raise industry standards?

If so, who’s the hair guru to we will put in charge of this and do we all vote?

Do we want more hairdressers when we are losing them faster than we can replace them?

Hair is subjective.

Every salon I walk into has completely different priorities. Different clientele, different aesthetic, different ways of working. All of them excellent. All of them different.

We have two issues that are hot topics we are wanting to change but I feel like they’re pulling in opposite directions..

Feeling quite unproductive..

I think the honest answer is we want both. And I think the even more honest answer is that nobody is talking about how difficult that actually is given the state of the industry right now.

This is part one of a conversation I want to keep having.
