And just like that, a beautiful chapter comes to an end. ❤️✨

Some shows give you work, some give you memories, and some give you people who become a part of you forever. ❤️ Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi has been one such journey for me, and as I wrap up, my heart is filled with gratitude, love, and so many emotions.

First and foremost, @ektarkapoor Ekta ma’am❤️ Thank you for giving me this wonderful opportunity to be a part of such an iconic show and an unforgettable legacy. Being associated with a show that holds such a special place in the hearts of millions is truly an honour. I’ll always be grateful for your trust and for giving me this opportunity.

@siddharttha_vankar & @aakanshashukla0803 ❤️ Thank you for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to be a part of this beautiful journey. Your support and faith mean a lot, and I’ll always cherish this experience.

@smritiiraniofficial Smriti ma’am, My on Screen Baa ❤️🥹 Words will never be enough to express how special it was to share the screen with you. You brought so much warmth, grace, and light to every moment. Thank you for all the love, the warmth, and the beautiful memories. Getting to work with you and experience your presence so closely is something I’ll always carry with me. You made this journey even more special.

Muzzu sir @muzzudesai ❤️😂 Where do I even begin? From calling me “Khandvi” on set to making every day memorable with your energy, guidance, and vision, you’ve given me so many moments to smile about. Thank you for guiding me, for all the laughter, and for making the entire experience so much fun. I’ll always remember those little moments on set that made this journey feel like home. Grateful to have worked with you, sir! ❤️

Comment “SUN” and I’ll share my Surya Namaskar breathing guide to help you understand when to inhale and exhale through all 12 positions.

Surya Namaskar is not about how quickly you complete 12 poses. It’s about how mindfully you move through each one.

Small mistakes in posture, spinal alignment and weight distribution can affect the quality of your practice.

Whether you’re a beginner or have been practising for years, pay attention to how you move, where you place your weight and how you coordinate your breath.

Remember, control and awareness matter more than speed.

Save this reel and revisit these corrections before your next practice.

10 HOURS vs. 17 HOURS. SAME DOUGH. 👀

Same batch of dough. Same mixing. Same coil folds. Same bulk fermentation. Same shaping. Same dough temperature. Same bannetons. Etc.

The ONLY difference? Cold proofing time.

One loaf spent 10 hours in the fridge, while the other spent 17 hours.

I’m going to be truthful here. Of all the variables I’ve spent countless hours obsessing over, cold proofing was never really one of them. 😂💀

I was so dialed in on everything else… Starter health, gluten development, coil folds, bulk fermentation, shaping…

But cold proofing? I’d typically just bake when I woke up. Not because I thought it was the ideal time, but simply because it worked with my schedule.

So, over the past couple of weeks, I decided to have a little fun experimenting with different cold proofing times.

And let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint.

Now, does that mean 17 hours is automatically better than 10? Absolutely not. There are so many factors at play, including how far you’ve pushed your bulk fermentation before that dough even makes it into the fridge.

So here’s my challenge to YOU!

Take one of your favorite recipes and experiment.

Keep your variables as consistent as possible. Same flour, hydration, levain, mixing, folds, bulk fermentation, shaping, and refrigerator temperature. (Please check your actual fridge temp, I think people have much warmer fridges than they realize!)

Change ONE thing.

In this case, your cold proofing time.

Then compare your results! The crumb, the structure, the oven spring, the texture, and the flavor.

Because sometimes the best way to understand your dough isn’t to follow another recipe.

It’s to get curious about your own.

Happy experimenting, friends! 🤍
