Reflecting on my conversation with Lisane a year ago, describing my first dark night of the soul moment I had at 30 years old. Five years into my amazing music career and realizing all that shines ain’t gold. Little did I know then, I would have more deep, soul searching moments every decade thereafter. For every obstacle, heartbreak and challenging moments, there is always growth, resilience, wisdom and joy that follows. Thank you to my village of friends that love me through every version of myself.
