After spending the last 6 months travelling consistently to the Kingdom, I keep seeing the same problem, while I have a slightly unfair advantage:⁣

I get to go inside ladies-only gyms and see what many male operators and managers simply cannot: THE REALITY.⁣
⁣
Saudi women are far more educated about fitness than many people assume.⁣
⁣
They lift heavy.⁣
They want to get stronger.⁣
They care about progression.⁣
They ask good questions.⁣
And they want to understand their bodies better.⁣
⁣
They do not need another wellness trend, but qualified women who can actually coach them.⁣
⁣
That's where the gap is.⁣
⁣
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐜-𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐛𝐢𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬, 𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧.⁣

The same thing is happening in management.⁣
⁣
Being a great trainer does not automatically prepare you to lead people, manage operations or take commercial responsibility.⁣
⁣
This is not a criticism of the women entering the industry.⁣
It shows how quickly the market is moving.⁣
⁣
The opportunity now is not simply to build more ladies-only facilities.⁣
It is to develop women who can lead them.⁣
⁣
