Turns out fiber isn’t a food category, it’s a job — and chia seeds do that job better than most greens ever will. One tablespoon has close to 10g of fiber. A cup of romaine has under 1g.

This isn’t about crowding out salad. It’s about finding what actually works for your body so you stop forcing something that was never going to stick.

Homemade chia pudding, 10 minutes, done. What’s the food you keep “should”-ing yourself into that you actually don’t like?

I am finally treating fiber as a practical job during perimenopause—chia pudding is much easier to keep up with than forcing another salad I do not want.
