The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 is my pick of the year, and when it comes to choosing between this one and the iPhone Duo, I’d stick to the Z Fold8 for sure. #collaboration #GalaxyZFold8 #GalaxyAI #iPhoneDuo #SmartSwitch

Give me 60 seconds. Six weeks after giving birth a woman is told she is cleared for exercise, for sex, for work, for life. Six weeks after major abdominal surgery or a tear that needed stitching. A footballer with a torn hamstring gets twelve weeks and a physiotherapist, a mother gets six weeks and a ten minute appointment where often nobody examines the pelvic floor or checks whether the abdominal muscles have knitted back together. Yet one in three women will leak urine after birth, as many as one in five first time mothers tear a pelvic floor muscle from the bone and are never told, and the research says real recovery takes closer to twelve months. When she is cleared but not fine she assumes the problem is her and stays quiet. Six weeks was never a medical finish line. It was an administrative one. Ask for a women's health physiotherapist and ask to be examined properly. You are allowed to say I am not ready yet. ❤️ Comment how you actually felt at your six week check and share this with a woman who has one coming up. #postpartum #pregnancy #newmum #womenshealth #drjonny
