Pratili ste naše vikend jutro? Vidimo se ujutru od 7h 🎶❤️

After my twins, I felt like I was fighting against my own body, trying to heal my diastasis recti (ab separation).

Since then, I’ve gotten certified to teach this but these are still the things I wish I’d known sooner. I think they would have made my own healing smoother and faster.

And if you want more help with your core comment 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 and I’ll send you my FREE Core Breathing Series and my Diastasis Recti Core Guide! Both options help!

Real core progress comes from learning the base layer of core connection, then adding progressions to work back up to challenging moves. And don’t just do what someone else with abs is doing. It might not be right for you.

4. 𝟑𝟔𝟎 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤. It seemed woo-woo to me at first, but now I see it as a vital skill, not only for my core but for my nervous system and stress levels too. Breathing into your ribs, belly, and back naturally connects to the movement of your pelvic floor as it relaxes and contracts. This is literally the first s
