This is a vegan dish that a friend taught me. I simply call kale salad w/ rice and sweet potato 🍠 cornbread. The salad has onions, tomato’s, avocado, cucumbers, salmon and quinoa

Downtown LA, Sept. 25 — Enforcement operations continued at 535 N. Alameda. Transport vans run by G4S Secure Solutions (Allied Universal) bring people to the LAMDC for processing, then transfer them to desert facilities. Vehicles with masked drivers and no plates have also been reported.

California City (CoreCivic) holds about 1,400 people; Adelanto (GEO Group) holds nearly 1,500. Oversight visits documented poor medical care, moldy food, and bad water at California City; a judge ordered changes at Adelanto in July 2026.

Community members still gather daily outside 535 N. Alameda. Verified documentation remains critical.

If you have ever made a bolognaise then i promise you can make my duck ragu! Feel free to just use the legs but you have a whole duck go all in with legs wings and neck! The neck is lowkey my favourite once its cooked!😮‍💨

I cooked mine for about 1hour 45 minutes but once its super tender just turn off that heat and leave it to cool.

Products used:
Duck @gressinghamduck (always!)
Tomatoes @muttipomodorouk
Beef broth @boroughbrothcompany
Stock cube @knorruki
Port @sainsburys
Red wine @barefootwineuk
