THE SCIENCE OF BECOMING HER: SELF-CARE & NEUROPLASTICITY 🧠 comment AFFIRMATIONS for my rewiring playlist πŸ”— Beauty is not just something you see. It is something you experience, practise and reinforce. Even if you just have 30 seconds, those 30 seconds matter. One of the most fascinating things about the brain is its ability to change through repeated experiences, a process known as neuroplasticity. Every time you intentionally take care of yourself, whether that's doing your skincare, nourishing your body, moving with intention or simply keeping a promise to yourself, you're reinforcing behaviours that can gradually become part of your identity. Our brains learn through repetition. The more consistently we practise a behaviour, the more natural and automatic it can become. Applying your lip balm, brushing your hair, moisturising your hands or taking a moment to yourself may seem insignificant, but these small rituals are opportunities to practise showing up for yourself. It's not about having an elaborate routine or expensive products. It's about consistently treating yourself as someone worthy of care, time and attention. Over time, these repeated actions can strengthen your habits, self-trust and the way you relate to yourself. The real glow-up isn't just about changing your appearance. It's about creating daily evidence that you are someone worth investing in. #glowuptips #glowups #glowupthreads #gratefulmindset #healthyhabitsforlife
Elon Musk has quietly financed a major canvassing operation to help Republican candidates in the midterm elections that rivals his effort in the 2024 presidential election, according to federal filings posted Thursday night. To monitor the trillionaire’s overall influence on November’s elections, WIRED created a live-updating tracker that pulls federal filings daily. The Musk-aligned America PAC has spent $76.7 million in the third quarter of 2026, $35.8 million of which has been spent on a field operation to drive turnout among President Donald Trump's core base across all seven Senate battleground states and a number of House races, the filings show. That compares with the roughly $45 million America PAC had spent on putting together a field operation at the same point in the 2024 cycle, when the super PAC effectively ran the vast majority of canvassing for Trump's presidential campaign. Nobody was prepared for them to literally drop the entire 200+ collection of top-tier shaders for everybody to use them with no charge at all, but here we are. Shaders’ custom MCP server also contributes a lot to how fascinating this project is and how easy it appears to be as a drop-in solution. Comment β€œShader” so I can send you all the links for this tool, as well as small tips on setting it up for your own project :) #shaders #opensource #coding #programming #github
Working out during festival times can get tricky. Almost always, we end up having late nights :) Lack of proper sleep can be a big deterrent to working out. I’ve managed to workout albeit for a shorter time. Have you been working out? #workoutmotivation #navratri #mylifeasramya
