the stress from half a year ago has finally caught up to my body… although i am mentally happy, fatigue and bloodwork is starting to rise! everything is going to settle down in my body again soon though… im as on top of it as i can!! reflecting a bit, but honestly so grateful i reached out for help in the ways i did the past months….
