Hello family,
A warm welcome to our Amazonian plant *dieta* retreat.

Over the course of 8 days, we will have:
- A physical cleanse using *Piñón blanco*
- 5 days of consuming the *dieta* plant
- Three Ayahuasca ceremonies
- Two group integration sessions
- Three personal integration sessions
- One sound therapy session

Before the retreat begins, we will hold a personal conversation with each participant to determine which plant they will work with for the *dieta*.

It is important to stay in the accommodations available within the community where the retreat takes place (additional cost). Meals are provided during the retreat.

Location: La Pacha Community, Maha Templo, Sacred Valley – Peru

There is also an option to participate in the retreat without the *dieta* plant (this includes all other activities: *Piñón* cleanse, ceremonies, integration sessions, and sound therapy).
