Judge Orders Tia Kemp to Stay 500 Feet Away From 50 Cent’s Son After Harassment Claims Blogged by: Draggy A Florida judge has granted a 50 Cent injunction ordering Rick Ross’ ex, Tia Kemp, to stay at least 500 feet away from the rapper’s 14-year-old son, Sire, following allegations that she repeatedly targeted the teenager on social media. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the temporary order was issued Monday, October 26, after 50 Cent, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, sought legal protection for his son. The ruling prohibits Kemp from contacting Sire directly or indirectly, including through social media. The restrictions also extend beyond communication. Kemp is prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition while the temporary order remains in effect. She must also surrender any weapons in her possession to law enforcement once she is served with the injunction. The judge’s decision follows a legal petition accusing Kemp of repeatedly making offensive statements about Sire online. Jackson claims the behavior caused his son emotional distress and required immediate court intervention. Theinjunction stems from allegations that Kemp directed several social media posts toward the teenager over a six-day period. In the petition, Jackson accused Kemp of making statements about his son’s developmental health, including allegedly calling him “slow” and claiming he was on the autism spectrum. The rapper also alleged that Kemp made additional remarks about Sire during an October 25 interview, claiming the teenager “can’t talk.” These statements about the teenager’s health have not been independently verified, and the existence of the temporary injunction does not establish that Kemp’s alleged statements were true or that every allegation in Jackson’s petition has been proven. Jackson’s legal complaint also described another incident involving a photograph of Sire. According to the filing, Kemp allegedly shared an image of the teenager alongside a sexually explicit picture of a woman the petition suggested was his mother, Daphne Joy.
