Don't give up!

Reflection on Summer and anticipating Autumn.

As a Virgo, the Autumnal Equinox, transition of Summer to Autumn, brings reflection on what is my reality. While not dwelling on the past, I use my perspective on what was achieved, and what was not achieved, to influence my direction ahead.

Part of this was stepping away from social media, while enjoying daily activities, trail riding, hiking, cardio, beaches, reading, painting and home projects. My experience was focused on being more self aware, and in the moment.

I'm back now reinvigorated and ready for our next chapter!
