My ferritin went from 16 to 142 and I feel like a new person. 🙏🏻‼️I cannot help but shout this from the rooftops because low ferritin does not seem to raise alarm bells on labs and it can seriously impact the way you feel. I was SO low energy, depressed, unmotivated and seeing the world in what felt like grey scale. I am so passionate about this now & I wrote a whole substack about it — comment IRON and I’ll DM it to you. I’m sharing everything about my experience & answering all of the nitty gritty!

I’m fuckin dying 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

School pickup OOTD, with a little something extra in hand today.

From big milestones to the little everyday moments, like picking up my girls from school, I’m feeling especially grateful for this season and everyone who has been part of my journey. Thank you for growing with me. 🫶🏽

Hidup tuh emang harus nekad, Dan harus berani gambling! Anjayyy

Gua Gugun beke, gua BUKAN LUCKY LAKI!
