What do you do when they’ve disobeyed and then start tantruming when you ask them to do the right thing?

When my freshly three year old isn't listening and being disobedient, I ask her are you being obedient. She says no. I'm being disobedient. 🙃 She understands but we are still working on listening and obeying the first time. Especially when I ask her to go pee. I'm working on the ten min plan but will start the firm 30 afterwards!

Firm 30 I love all this and yes agree that tantrum should be in another room, and I’ll often join the small child who’s doing it and just say ok just let me know when you’re finished. (It’s so boring for them that it tends to not continue much longer 😅) They want to to match their level of intensity etc.
