Pressure doesn’t break you…it REVEALS what you’ve built✨
The Nichols College Men’s Basketball Team stepped into an interactive session built around one truth…how you SHOW UP matters…on the court…and in life.
Through individual…partner…small-group…and full-team challenges…these BISON led with INTENTION. They owned what they CAN control…and let go of what they can’t. They raised their STANDARDS…locked in on routines…and focused on the details that separate good from GREAT…and great from AMAZING!
When they were tested…their body language spoke first…and their self-talk decided what happened next. That’s where resilience is built…not just for the game…for LIFE.
They embraced how the little things implemented consistently will move them forward as individuals and a team…reflected on where they’ve been…and committed to GROWING from it. Every activity reinforced the BISON Men’s Basketball Team’s Values:
GRATITUDE. RESILIENCE. INTENT. TOGETHERNESS.
And that they are part of something greater than themselves…TOGETHER isn’t just a word, it’s an ACTION that MAKES A DIFFERENCE.
LEAD BY EXAMPLE…be the role model someone is watching. Let your hard work…determination…and integrity speak louder than the scoreboard ever will.
Your character travels with you…every practice…every game…every room you walk into. That’s how you build a LEGACY…it’s who you BECOME while turning your visions into REALITY.
