Be grateful for the opportunities you have in life…especially the ones that allow you to grow alongside others✨

It’s about making intentional choices to give YOUR best…challenge each other…lift each other up…and bring out the BEST in those around you.

It’s the hard work you put in individually…the resilience you build through challenges…and the commitment to keep pushing each other to be better.

The energy you bring matters…the encouragement you give matters…the way you show up for each other matters.

Never take for granted the opportunity to be part of something bigger than yourself.

Surround yourself with people who get in the trenches with you…stay committed to the vision…and remind you that no matter what you face…YOU TAKE IT HEAD ON…TOGETHER.

Pressure doesn’t break you…it REVEALS what you’ve built✨

The Nichols College Men’s Basketball Team stepped into an interactive session built around one truth…how you SHOW UP matters…on the court…and in life.

Through individual…partner…small-group…and full-team challenges…these BISON led with INTENTION. They owned what they CAN control…and let go of what they can’t. They raised their STANDARDS…locked in on routines…and focused on the details that separate good from GREAT…and great from AMAZING!

When they were tested…their body language spoke first…and their self-talk decided what happened next. That’s where resilience is built…not just for the game…for LIFE.

They embraced how the little things implemented consistently will move them forward as individuals and a team…reflected on where they’ve been…and committed to GROWING from it. Every activity reinforced the BISON Men’s Basketball Team’s Values:

GRATITUDE. RESILIENCE. INTENT. TOGETHERNESS.

And that they are part of something greater than themselves…TOGETHER isn’t just a word, it’s an ACTION that MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

LEAD BY EXAMPLE…be the role model someone is watching. Let your hard work…determination…and integrity speak louder than the scoreboard ever will.

Your character travels with you…every practice…every game…every room you walk into. That’s how you build a LEGACY…it’s who you BECOME while turning your visions into REALITY.

Always remember the importance of human connection and that you are AMAZING 🤩 If you ever need anything I’m always here and I’ve got your back❤️🦬🏀🙌🏼

Thank you to Coach Hundley for the opportunity to connect with the Nichols College Men’s Basketball Team for another season and Nichols College Athletics for their support of workshops that provide student-athletes with resources and tools to help them push through the emotional, mental and physical limits we so often put on ourselves.
