Yesterday, Nomad Vélo told me they would follow up with their China logistics team and provide me with a “concrete update” regarding the customs/tax status of my return.
Today I asked five specific questions.
Their response confirms that they are still waiting for confirmation from their logistics team and that they have not yet been able to provide a clear update.
Meanwhile, the official Chinese Customs system continues to show my return as 待缴税 — Duties/Taxes Pending, unchanged since 25 August.
Nomad Vélo has again confirmed in writing that “no further action is required from your side.”
Returned goods: €104
Return shipping paid: €28.32
Refund received: €0
