How many more school shootings? How many more innocent lives have to be lost before America finally does something about gun safety? 💔 How is it possible that children can go to school in the morning, somewhere they should feel safe, and never make it home? The fact that a 16-year-old can walk into a school with a gun and destroy innocent lives is absolutely horrifying. Where is the accountability? Where is the change? And how many more families have to bury their children before enough is enough? This is one of the biggest reasons I could never imagine raising my children in America any longer . No parent should have to live in fear every single day, wondering whether their child will come home from school alive. And the most heartbreaking part is that we all know this won’t be the last time. Another shooting, another tragedy, more thoughts and prayers, and still no meaningful change. How has this become something a country just accepts? Children deserve to grow up feeling safe, not practising how to survive a shooting in their classrooms. Protecting innocent lives should ALWAYS matter more than protecting access to guns. Enough is enough. 💔
