Here we go again. This time photon radiation of his full spine. 10 treatments. He is being positioned for his first treatment as I write.
He is in excruciating pain all the time. The tumor is on his spinal cord causing horrible nerve pain in his neck, back, hips, butt and legs. He can’t sleep, prescribed, controlled meds aren’t helping.
He continues to lose strength and coordination; nearly unable to walk or even be upright.
We are at a loss. Nothing we do helps. It’s a horrible feeling as a parent.

At a loss for you…. And for G. This should be curable in this lifetime and it’s infuriating it isn’t yet. My heart is praying and breaking for you all. Praying for less pain and for G to be comfortable. Praying for you Belle and Ross. There are no words. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 Jeremiah 29:11.

Do you have the palliative care team involved to help with symptom management? This is just devastating and I can’t imagine being a mom watching my son go through this. Holding you all in my thoughts.
