NAVRATRI, PACKED A LITTLE DIFFERENTLY✨
At Paranda, Taj Surajkund, the festive table takes on a fresh expression — familiar sattvik comfort presented through an elegant tiffin-style experience, keeping the flavours rooted in tradition while giving the presentation a contemporary touch.

The tasting moved through Kesar Pista Lassi, Sabudana Tikki, Aaloo Rassa, Malai Kofta, Makhni Paneer, Sitafal Sabzi, Kuttu Puri, Vrat Papad, Curd and festive accompaniments, before ending on a sweeter note with Makhana Kheer and Badam Halwa. 🤍

Nothing overly complicated — just comforting flavours, gentle festive indulgence and a presentation that makes the familiar feel new again
