“While many artists around the world have used their stages to voice solidarity with Palestine and speak out against the genocide, followers circulated a clip of James Hetfield asserting Metallica’s rejection of using concerts to influence audiences or present external stances, emphasizing that art was created to bring people together and escape the noise of politics. This contrast has reopened the debate: Is the musical stage a mandatory space for expressing humanitarian and political causes, or should art be kept entirely away from such stances? Share your thoughts: How do you view the role of the global artist when it comes to just causes?

I got the chance to give the Army Combat Field Test (CFT) a whirl... ⁣ ⁣ The CFT is a new fitness test for combat specialties in the US army. It's pretty cool that it's one standard across, with the same weights and time for men and women! Obviously I didn't do in a uniform but my outfit was fitting I thought. ⁣ ⁣ All completed against the clock:⁣ ⁣ 1 mile run⁣ 30 hand release push ups⁣ 100m sprint⁣ 16 x 40lb sandbag loads⁣ 50m farmer’s carry⁣ 25m low crawl⁣ 25m 3 - 5 second rush⁣ 1 mile run⁣ ⁣ 𝗠𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: 𝟭𝟱:𝟱𝟰 ⁣ ⁣ Super fun to try something different and put my fitness to the test!⁣ ⁣ Definitely want another crack at this, but next time outside and in the boots for the full experience!⁣ What do we think? ⁣ #combatfitnesstest #usarmy
