![Nobody gives the eldest daughter a handbook. She just learns early that being โthe responsible oneโ means growing up before sheโs ready. Sheโs the one who is tired but gets called lazy, the one who carries problems quietly because asking for help feels like a risk. She loves her family deeply and still loses pieces of herself trying to be what they need. If this is you, your exhaustion is real, and youโre allowed to be looked after too.
I wrote a poetry book โBetween Heaven & Earthโ and itโs out now. Itโs a collection of poems about love, heartbreak, loneliness, inner struggles, healing, and the quiet journey of understanding yourself and life along the way.
If youโd like to read it, comment โBookโ and Iโll send you the link.
