Antibiotics may be doing more to your gut than you realize!

While they help fight harmful bacteria, they can also wipe out beneficial bacteria that play an important role in your immune system, mood, and metabolism.

And the effects may last longer than you think!

Supporting your gut during and after antibiotics is important, and probiotics and fermented foods may help.

Want to find out where your body could use the most support?
