What a time in Saskatoon!🫡😎🙌
Yesterday I had a blast presenting “What’s Your Hot Dog? Standing Out in the Age of AI” for the Interior Designers Association of Saskatchewan.
Yes, we talked about AI. Yes, we talked about hot dogs and Costco. And yes, there were trivia prizes: Darkside Donuts (obviously!), a case of Great Western beer, and homemade pickles from yours truly. An eclectic prize table, even by my standards.😂
The Great Western beer prize had a story behind it. The day before, I heard about their history of hiring people with disabilities. I hadn’t known that, and it struck me as the kind of thing people should be talking about. So naturally, I brought beer to a presentation about standing out and told the story I heard from the day before! (Thanks Laura!!!!)
Great questions, great conversations, and a room full of people who made it fun. Thanks for having me, @idasaskatchewan!
