So much to do with transformation focuses on the individual, but in reality our social nature makes it so that we can only truly grow together.

I am honored to be a part of @hatchexperience - and from time “add spice” to the experiences the wonderful team expertly design.

Thank you @yogajared , @yarrowk , @oshiray , @elkegovertsen , and the rest of the team for the beautiful moment in the Catskills, and to everyone else who made it a space where you literally could not have a single bad, boring or pointless conversation.

and a special shout out to @beatsby_jt JT and his father for a truly transcendental jam session that riffed off the connection between fathers and sons. 💕
