On the importance of hygene when it comes to words 🙏

What words need urgent rescuing and reclaiming? by @jurgisdid

We only truly “flourish” in community

So much to do with transformation focuses on the individual, but in reality our social nature makes it so that we can only truly grow together.

I am honored to be a part of @hatchexperience - and from time “add spice” to the experiences the wonderful team expertly design.

Thank you @yogajared , @yarrowk , @oshiray , @elkegovertsen , and the rest of the team for the beautiful moment in the Catskills, and to everyone else who made it a space where you literally could not have a single bad, boring or pointless conversation.

and a special shout out to @beatsby_jt JT and his father for a truly transcendental jam session that riffed off the connection between fathers and sons. 💕

*flourish* - thanks to @youexist2flourish for bringing this word into my working lexicon 😘 by @jurgisdid

Such a delight to create a moment of connection for the International Biology Olympiad - @biologyolympiads @ibo2026_lt

When there’s the diversity of more than 80 countries, it’s good to find “an angle”…

Often, the angle is not the music itself - it’s what it means to a group of people.

We made this collective music session into a playful interaction exploring the biological effects of rhythm, harmony, entrainment, and collective joy.

I love my job 🙌 by @jurgisdid

How @burningman man created a living template for creative collaboration…

Every time I attended a Burning Man Leadership Summit, the talk was always about the importance of an infectious, scaleable culture.

Culture is not just the music and esthetics…
it is, more importantly, the beliefs and behaviors - the Operational System - of a tribe.

It is such a delight to see it in actionat the build for the @designsciencestudio “Interdependence Summit” on this weekend north of San Francisco.

If you’re into Regeneration, Buckminster Fuller, or just the joy of co-created gatherings - this is where you should be celebrating this weekend.

GAIA DAY • Between conversations about the future of our planet and the future of humanity, there was music.

As guests gathered beneath the trees at @juntos.farm, performances by @jurgisdid and @romanavoz brought a moment of joy, reflection and connection, reminding us that some of the most meaningful exchanges happen not only through words, but through shared experience.

The afternoon then continued with Gaia Award Panel II: Sustainability in Practice.

Beautifully moderated by @canay.atalay, the conversation explored a question that feels increasingly important in today’s world: what if success were measured not only by what we build, but by what we preserve?

Featuring Artur Mendes, Christian af Jochnick, Jeff Garner, Simon Mirren and Gregg Meyer, the discussion examined how sustainability must move beyond environmental responsibility alone and become part of how we define progress itself.

Together, the panel explored the importance of bringing the preservation and enhancement of the human experience into the equation, recognising that thriving communities, meaningful connection, wellbeing, creativity and purpose are every bit as important as economic growth.

As daylight softened across the farm and conversations continued between old friends and new faces, the discussion felt less like a panel and more like a collective reflection on the future we want to create together.

An afternoon filled with music, ideas, inspiration and connection.
