3. Butternut squash soup w/ crispy sage
4. Roasted eggplant soup w/ tahini, roasted garlic and crispy sage
5. Spicy mushroom, spinach and ham soup (recipe on blog)
6. Maryland crab soup
7. Hungarian mushroom soup (my absolute favorite soup, also on the blog)
8. Split pea soup w/ ham hock (my second favorite)
