Episode 3 of my Soup on Sunday Series is this roasted eggplant and tahini soup. This was definitely a soup I came up with on the spot, but it didn’t disappoint. by @heyauntieash

Welcome to episode 2 of my soup on sunday series. This Hungarian mushroom soup has gone triple platinum in my house cuz it’s so easy and so mf good. The link is in my bio if you want to try it out, but trust me, you needs that. by @heyauntieash

Not much of a nature girl, but I still made it look natural by @heyauntieash

I definitely prefer a savory butternut squash over a sweet one. In my book, apples and coconut milk don’t belong anywhere near my squash and I miiiight be a teeny bit judgy about it.

Anywho, give this one a try, I promise you’ll love it! As always the recipe is linked in my Gimme A Bite blog in bio! by @heyauntieash

This roasted berbere chicken is great for meal prep or a dinner party. It’s loosely inspired by Ethiopian doro wit and it’s spicy, tangy and delicious. All the hard work is done on the front end before an overnight stay in the fridge — I like to leave it uncovered for crispy skin. Pop it in the oven the next day and squeeze some fresh lemon over it when you pull it out. Recipe is linked in my Gimme a Bite blog in bio! by @heyauntieash
