OK. For the future. It will be an adjustment for you because those people ( non white ) DO NOT have the same intelligence level we do as a group . Be patient ! They work very hard as a general rule have good morals . 👏 Problem solving is difficult for them . Your best bet is to find one that has a high intelligence and employ them as a moderator.
