Read what you like but remember what you like reading is written by authors from all walks of life 💗 I promise. Here is a list I put together of some popular releases from 2026 (most I have not read admittedly) and some similar recommendations that I definitely have read and enjoyed. One day, and hopefully one day soon, I’d love to see bestseller lists contain more diversity. I’d love to see release parties, fandoms and countless posts celebrating BIPOC authors and their incredible stories. But that has to start here, by asking you to read your favorite books of course, but also give the same consideration to similar books written by diverse authors. If you have any diverse recs that fit one of these slides, please drop them below! This is limited to what I’ve read so I’d love this to be even more expanded. • #bookstagram

This one was SPECIAL!! 🥂 Grateful is an understatement. Thank you to everyone who showed up and celebrated me. For the first time, I had the opportunity to celebrate my birthday with my mom, brothers, and cousins all under one roof. That alone made this one unforgettable. Truly a blessing. And damn, we had a GOOD time! 😂 It’s never about the QUANTITY of people… it’s about the QUALITY in the room. 🤞🏿 Special thank you to ACE OF SPADES × RÉMY MARTIN for the collaboration that took the evening up a notch and made it a CLASSIC. 🥂 And to @thymeatl, thank you for always making your restaurant feel like home. Always a pleasure.
