Do you know that the @nwteafestival looks very different before the visitors arrive?

Boxes are still being opened, tables are still being arranged, signs are going up, and every exhibitor is deciding what to put in front of people.

That part interests me almost as much as the festival itself. Because before anyone tastes a tea, the way it is packaged, displayed, described, and positioned already tells you something about how that tea is being presented to the market.
