Was just sent this photo from the Gallery. Two days from the exhibition opening and five red dots. Ohh..

I’ve been speaking to the potency of the belief of others. It’s one (beautiful, encouraging, warming) thing for people to commend your work, to say how well they like what I have made. That in itself is just delicious and I am lucky and grateful for it.

And then there’s what is said when someone responds to your work so keenly that they purchase it for their own walls. Whoa.. That has a particular potency.

And when some of these red dots belong to artists that I deeply regard, well what can I say..
