Your first two years in broking are an apprenticeship, not a competition.
If you are new to the industry, the goal is not to look like the biggest broker in the room. The goal is to learn as much as possible.

Totally agree @cmrstevens & some Brokers are happy settling a moderate amount too. Comparison is the thief of joy 😂 but a great target to learn from if you want to level up x

🔥so true. My focus has always been improving my skills. Enjoying the journey of learning about content, lights, audio, lender policies, negotiation, generating leads and the list goes on…..process has given me more joy than results which I am certain will follow.
