I always iron my shirt humid first and then VERDA spray starch! 🔥 It stiffens up the surface and gives a dirt teflonic repellent surface. Underneath a coton strech t-shirt that’s embrace my fat. 😂 If no stain I can use the shirt 2 days, hangs it outside over night!
