Ina Garten has a pretty simple way of deciding what belongs in her life: prioritize FUN. Comment “Ina” and I’ll DM you the link to the full episode. That doesn’t mean every single part of life has to be fun. It means the things you choose to do should ultimately lead you toward something you enjoy. Her rule? If it’s not fun, it’s not done. On this episode of @themelrobbinspodcast, @inagarten shares the philosophy that has shaped the way she approaches her work, the choices she makes, and the life she’s created. 🎧 “Reinvent Yourself At Any Age: Ina Garten Shares the Secret to Transforming Your Life” Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube - search “The Mel Robbins Podcast Ina”
Tesla just unveiled the long-awaited next-generation Roadster, and it actually left the ground. At the reveal in Texas, Tesla demonstrated a redesigned two-seater using SpaceX-developed cold-gas thrusters for airborne maneuvers. The car also showed off a fan-based suction system that let it drive upside down during the demo. Tesla says the new Roadster can hit 0–60 mph in under one second and exceed 230 mph. Production is currently targeted for 2028, nearly a decade after the second-generation Roadster was first teased in 2017. The wild part is that this is not just a faster EV. Tesla is using aerospace-style hardware to push the Roadster into territory that looks more like a stunt vehicle than a normal sports car. Whether all of these features ever make it to a road-legal production version is still unclear. Would you actually want a Roadster with thrusters? Follow @getintoai for more. #tesla #roadster #elonmusk #ev #technology
Long before the internet crowned him the “Trololo Man,” Eduard Khil was already a revered pillar of Soviet vocal music, celebrated for his rich baritone and charismatic stage presence. When ideological restrictions kept him from singing the original lyrics about a western cowboy, Khil improvised a brilliant non-lexical vocalise that relied purely on expression and rhythm.  Decades later, the archival clip resurfaced online, transforming a forgotten broadcast into a joyous cross-cultural masterpiece of internet history. It stands as a fascinating reminder that genuine musical charm transcends time, language, and generations.  #EduardKhil #Trololo #SovietMusic #MusicHistory #VintagePerformance

CANCER TREATMENT • CHEMOTHERAPY • BIG PHARMA • T-CELLS • IMMUNOTHERAPY • CANCER PREVENTION • HEALTH & WELLNESS. CANCER IS BIG BUSINESS. THE NUMBERS DON’T LIE. 💰 $252 BILLION spent globally on cancer drugs in 2024. 💰 $441 BILLION projected annual spending by 2029. 💰 83% of studies in a published review found evidence that financial incentives influence cancer treatment decisions. That’s spending, not profit. But the financial incentives are REAL. Now listen to Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, billionaire physician and cancer immunotherapy researcher, discussing cancer treatment with Tucker Carlson. His argument deserves attention. WHAT IF WE FOCUSED MORE ON HELPING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM FIGHT CANCER? Your body has T-CELLS and natural killer cells designed to recognize and destroy abnormal cells. Soon-Shiong argues that conventional cancer treatment has often overlooked the importance of preserving and activating these immune defenses. And the science of T-cell immunotherapy is already producing remarkable results in certain cancers. Is it a universal cure? NO. Does chemotherapy save lives? YES. But does every patient benefit equally from aggressive treatment? ABSOLUTELY NOT. THE QUESTION IS SIMPLE. Are we rewarding the best patient outcomes or the most expensive treatments? I’m not anti-medicine. I’m anti-blind trust. Question everything. Study the evidence. Understand your options. Take ownership of your health. HEALTH IS THE ULTIMATE WEALTH. SHARE this if you believe patients deserve transparency, informed choices, and better outcomes. What’s your opinion on the cancer industry? Mission: help 10,000,000 people take control of their health and live life on their own terms.
