El agua parece partirse en dos. Y te hace sentir que estás en las entrañas de la tierra.

SPORTS HERNIA is not an actual Hernia, It’s a strain (Micro tears around low abdomen/pubic/groin region. I am personally going through it right now. It feels like, random sensations in low abdomen and discomfort in groin during Squats and deadlifts (anything that puts stress on groin). To reduce the stress/pressure. I am doing a few things, 1). Wearing belt higher (like Austin Perkins). 2). Reducing Squat/Sumo Deadlift stance. 3). Training my Groin/Adductors to increase blood flow and strengthen it. 4). Staying active throughout the day (7k-10k steps) other than training. 5). Taking it easy at the gym and gradually increasing the load in Squat and deadlifts. Drills that I am doing: 1). 90-90 Foam Roller Squeeze 2). Adductor drawbacks 3). Copenhagen Plank 4). Side lying Hip Extension If you want I will show these drills in a separate video. Not a doctor, shhhhh 🤫 #powerlifting #hernia #injury #rehab
