It’s better to love than to be loved .. but i thank the Most High that i can enjoy both. 🙂‍↔️🫶🏽 August & September were so so precious to me this year. Money can’t buy the memories I’ve earned or the lessons I’ve learned. 🌷

HYROX Single Pro Hamburg - 5th Overall | 3rd Age Group 🥉 My first Single Race in almost 4.5 months finishing just 16 seconds off my PB. Sounds like a pretty solid result, right? But honestly, I’m far from happy with today’s race 😭 Looking back, I feel like there was so much more in the tank. I probably went out a little too fast, and after the Sled Push, things got really tough. From that point on, it became a huge mental battle. I was constantly thinking about dropping out and spent most of the race fighting just to keep going. What frustrates me most is that although I was (almost) at my limit for a long time, I don’t feel like I pushed beyond it when it really mattered. Mentally, I feel like I gave up a little too early and accepted the result instead of fighting for everything I had left. Still, I’m proud that I didn’t drop out of the race and kept going until the finish line. Big thanks to everyone who came out to support! And huge congrats to @nikolausiii and @tanja.sck for absolutely smashing their races! 🔥 I realized once again that single racing is completely different compared to Doubles - both in training and on race day. Even though I enjoy Doubles more, I’m definitely not done with Singles yet💪🏼 Next one will be in Düsseldorf in 2 weeks.
