Traveling in my truck is a huge joy in my life. Getting back to basics helps my mind and body in immeasurable ways. My T1D management is both tested and rewarded as I focus on food and exercise in a way only being on the road can.
Yesterday, my truck became both a permanent part of me and a character in the Cars fan-fiction-verse. I wasn’t expecting this when I talked to @slatersloth_ink about the concept of memorializing my 2024 solo drive to @archesnps but I couldn’t be happier with the result.
