I had the good fortune to go for Sunday Lunch yesterday and what an experience it was. The setting and service and food were sublime. What struck me most was the wonderful history of the place bestowed upon us by our master carver, creating an instant personal connection to the venue. Moreover, and what really stood out was when the conversation turned to the owner @jeremyrbking, the unreserved, deep respect and affection that was held for him was evident. A solid testament to the man. Young restaurateurs (and indeed seasoned ones) could learn much from Mr King! Buy the book, visit the restaurants and learn from a true master.
