This past week I had the pleasure of dancing with instructors I don’t get to see regularly. 1. At my weekend home

2. Video didn’t go so well at the studio, so tried to remember the choreo and had a dpfo. Can you feel the yearning??

As someone who has always had her hair be the one thing that made me feel good about myself, losing it really pushed me outside of my comfort zone. It truly is a normal part of any significant stress on your body, which includes losing at a quick pace. There are some things you can do to help, but ultimately it may just be a part of the course. My hair is growing back! I’ve found a regimen that has really helped. Comment “LOCKS” if you want to see exactly what I’ve been using. Also-the protein shake I use has all my vitamins/fiber/biotin/probiotics/adaptogens in it. On days I have that, I skip my multivitamin. Let me know if you want that info too. #hairgrowth #hairgrowthtips #hairtips #glp #womenshealth

There’s a beach on Crete where you can walk across the sea. 🩷 It’s called Elafonisi, and there’s this beautiful shallow lagoon separating the beach from a little island covered in sand dunes. I waded across with my shoes in my hand, the water barely reaching my shins, and discovered that the famous pink sand isn’t quite what the photographs suggest. It’s not pink everywhere. Instead, there are these lovely little streaks of colour along the water’s edge, made from tiny fragments of shells. I watched a little boy trying to fill his water bottle with the pinkest sand he could find, until his grandmother spotted him. She folded her arms, he looked at her, and very reluctantly poured it all back. 😂 There’s a much sadder story connected to this beautiful place, too, one I’ll share in my diary. But today I kept thinking about that little boy, his grandmother, and how extraordinary it is to walk through the sea to reach a beach. 🤍 What’s the most beautiful place you’ve ever had to walk to? #crete #elafonisi #pinksand #traveldiary #greecetravel
