☀️ Crisp morning air, a cloudless blue sky and the Apostolic Palace looking glorious in the sunshine: Castel Gandolfo gave us a beautiful day.
I spent the morning guiding alongside my dear friend Tiziana. Happy guests, plenty of laughter, and the sort of atmosphere that makes work feel a little like la dolce vita. 💙
Perched above Lake Albano, this lovely town has been a papal summer retreat since the 1600s. You can see the appeal: even popes needed a break from the Roman heat! 🌿
After our visit, I stayed to explore the little shops and admire the mosaics. Castel Gandolfo has so much to discover, and we’re creating some lovely new programmes here. Stay tuned! ✨
