🌟 HIS-OC Volunteer of the Month: Christine Baumgartner! 🌟
We’re excited to recognize Christine Baumgartner as our HIS-OC Volunteer of the Month!
Christine connected with HIS-OC through the Fun in Fullerton Facebook page and began volunteering with us in June. With a genuine love for spending time with children, she has already made a special impact by helping with our monthly birthday celebrations and lending a hand during Science Guy activities.
For Christine, one of the most rewarding moments is seeing the children’s faces light up when they see the decorations, cakes, cupcakes, and birthday gifts prepared just for them. 🎂🎈🎁
When asked what she enjoys most about volunteering, Christine shared:
💛 “No matter how much I give, I receive so much back.”
Her commitment to giving back was inspired early in life by watching her parents volunteer their time. Today, Christine carries that same “open heart” into her service at HIS-OC, where she hopes to make even a small positive difference in the lives of the children we serve.
Outside of volunteering, Christine enjoys horseback riding, reading, movies, live theater, and concerts. She has also spent the past 17 years as a Dating and Relationship Coach, helping singles find love and couples stay in love.
Christine, thank you for sharing your time, compassion, and open heart with HIS-OC and our families. We are grateful to have you as part of our volunteer community! 💛
