Sometimes I wonder what goes through my employees’ heads when I open my damn mouth. 💀
Because in my head, I’m an inspirational leader. A visionary, if you will.
In their heads? I’m probably a walking HR violation with 47 unfinished ideas, a spreadsheet for everything, and absolutely no concept of when to shut the heck up.
One minute we’re discussing KPIs, the next I’m announcing another brilliant idea nobody asked for, and 30 seconds later I’m crying because I love my team so much. 😭
Ten years of Hocus Pocus, and somehow these people are still willing to follow me into a brewery dressed like witches.
I’m fully aware I’m a lot. But I love these weirdos, and I couldn’t have built this ridiculous little idea without them. 🧙♀️💜
