Apparently naming your business Hocus Pocus wasn’t such a terrible idea after all. 😂🧙‍♀️ In the middle of celebrating our 10th birthday, we get to add a few more shiny things to the collection! 🏆 5x Best House Cleaning 🏆 3x Best Commercial Cleaning Thank you to The Morning Call’s Readers’ Choice voters for continuing to put our little witchy cleaning company on the map. We’ve cleaned over 2,500 properties, employed more people than we can count without opening @jobber , made plenty of questionable decisions, learned from most of them, and somehow built a brand that has taken on a personality of its own. But the coolest part? People keep choosing us. Not because we have a cute name or a broomstick in our logo, but because there’s an entire team behind the scenes doing the work, solving the problems, and caring endlessly about the people we serve. Ten years of Hocus Pocus, and the Lehigh Valley still hasn’t gotten sick of us. 💜 THANK YOU for voting, trusting us with your spaces, and being part of this ridiculous little idea that got wildly out of hand. 🪄 by @hocuspocuscleaning
There was a time it was just one girl, figuring it out as she went. Now she gets to sit in a room with leaders who care about the business, the team, and our clients just as much as she does. This didn’t happen by accident. It’s been built through hard conversations, long days, growing pains, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Thanks for the glamour shots @lvstylemag 💕 by @hocuspocuscleaning
POV: You realize the magic you’ve been creating all year just got statewide recognition ✨ Seeing these amazing women celebrate this win reminds me exactly why we do this. Pennsylvania Small Business of the Year 🏆 This award belongs to every single one of you. Thank you for building something magical with us. 🖤✨ @pachamber by @hocuspocuscleaning
“I’d like to speak to a manager.” Unfortunately, the CEO, Operations Manager, and HR Manager have all passed away from one too many “quick questions.” 💀👻 We appreciate your patience during this difficult time. #spookyszn #workplacehumor #managerproblems #officefun by @hocuspocuscleaning
PAID SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT 💗 | NYST 2026 A therapist training doesn’t just magically come together. Although at this point, that would be fucking helpful. 😂 Behind NYST 2026 are a whole lot of moving pieces, questionable amounts of caffeine, and businesses helping us make this event happen. So we’re giving our Impact Sponsors their moment! ✨ Six Ten Counseling | @sixtencounseling An Easton group practice focused on community, connection and supporting the counselors on their team. Thanks for showing up for NYST. ✨ Next Level Private Practice | @nextlevelprivatepractice For therapist entrepreneurs who want to earn more without seeing more clients. ✨ Banyan Treatment Centers | @banyantreatmentcenters Substance use and mental health care across Pennsylvania, with a focus on co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed treatment. ✨ Yaqub Counseling Services | @yaqubcounselingservices A woman-owned, BIPOC-owned practice in Bethlehem specializing in trauma, anxiety, OCD and grief, with EMDR, ERP, CBT and DBT. ✨ Hocus Pocus Cleaning Services | @hocuspocuscleaning Award-winning cleaning for Lehigh Valley homes and offices. Because you are not deep cleaning your office after a 7-client day. Their sponsorship helps us create a space where therapists can learn something they’ll actually use, meet other clinicians, and have a damn good time doing it. Swipe through to see who’s helping make NYST 2026 possible. And thank you to our Impact Sponsors for supporting this year’s event! 💗 #NYST2026 #NotYourSupervisorsTraining #TraumaTherapist #EMDRTraining #TherapistCommunity by @hocuspocuscleaning
We’ve cleaned over 2,500 properties, and OHHH the questions we’d love to ask before booking a new client.💀 Like whether “flexible scheduling” actually means flexible, if you’re going to read the terms and conditions you signed, and whether your husband has any idea we’re showing up on Tuesday. Also, are we allowed to become attached to your pets? And if your favorite technician takes PTO, are we still cool? Asking for a friend. Unfortunately, we’ve learned that these questions are NOT appropriate for our official onboarding forms. 😂 Be honest. Which question called you out? 👀💜 by @hocuspocuscleaning
Now booking: Thanksgiving and holiday cleans! Our November and December calendars disappear faster than that Halloween candy... So grab your spot now and let us handle the magic while you handle everything else! Whether you’re hosting dinner, throwing a party, or are a place to stay for family & friends, our holiday house cleaning service gets your home guest-ready. We offer deep cleaning, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, guest room prep, and post-party cleanups so you can actually enjoy yourself this hosting season. Brooms up, witches! 🧹 😉 by @hocuspocuscleaning
Our clients said it best. 🖤 For the deep cleans that leave the whole house sparkling, basement & fridge included. For our girls, who show up professional and work hard until every detail is done. For the clients who come back again and again, and tell their friends to do the same. This is why we do what we do. This is your sign to call and book a deep clean with us. You and your home deserve a little magic. ✨ by @hocuspocuscleaning
Ghost your situationship, not your cleaning tech. 👻 We’ve got bills to pay and houses to clean 😂🧹 #cleaningbusiness #cleaningservice #cleaningszn #spookyszn #cleaninghumor by @hocuspocuscleaning
Apparently our approach to company culture is convincing our employees to dress like witches and celebrate 10 years of building a mini cleaning empire. 😂🧙‍♀️ Find your tribe. 💜 #cleaningbusiness #halloweenatwork #workplacehumor #womenownedbusinesses by @hocuspocuscleaning
Sometimes I wonder what goes through my employees’ heads when I open my damn mouth. 💀 Because in my head, I’m an inspirational leader. A visionary, if you will. In their heads? I’m probably a walking HR violation with 47 unfinished ideas, a spreadsheet for everything, and absolutely no concept of when to shut the heck up. One minute we’re discussing KPIs, the next I’m announcing another brilliant idea nobody asked for, and 30 seconds later I’m crying because I love my team so much. 😭 Ten years of Hocus Pocus, and somehow these people are still willing to follow me into a brewery dressed like witches. I’m fully aware I’m a lot. But I love these weirdos, and I couldn’t have built this ridiculous little idea without them. 🧙‍♀️💜 P.S. If there’s an employee group chat I’m not in, PLEASE don’t ever show it to me. My feelings are significantly more fragile than my personality suggests. 😂 #cleaningbusinessowner #smallbusinesstiktok #cleaningbusiness #cleaningservice #leadershipskills by @hocuspocuscleaning
Dear Lehigh Valley mamas, You are already doing the MOST. The lunches, the carpool, the emotional support, the job... let us handle the floors, the bathrooms, and the baseboards. Hocus Pocus Cleaning is Allentown and Bethlehem’s most trusted house cleaning service, and we’ve been helping busy moms reclaim their weekends for 10 years now! Eco-friendly. Pet-safe. Background-checked. 🧹 by @hocuspocuscleaning
