I ordered 6 new bbq woods online and yesterday I started testing them for flavor with chicken wings and boneless skinless breasts (hubby’s request). I was floored how much I loved the #mulberry wood and how I didn’t love the olive wood. In the olive’s defense it is better suited for pork. The chicken salad that resulted was dynamite!
