Yo Austin!!! So excited to announce a collab this weekend I’m doing with @littlearthursatx! Today thru Sunday they’ll be serving “The Pepper Pig” pork cutlet hoagie!
Fresh pork loin cutlets made with our seasoned sesame roll bread crumbs, sharp provolone, Little Arthur’s rosemary pepper relish, and blistered serranos on their house made daily, sesame seeded roll.
As Pennsylvania sandwich nerds we wanted that Italian American/Philly feel with a simple sandwich that has punchy, distinct flavors. Loving what we landed on.
Long live the pork cutlet!
And thank you Austin for five show sold out shows at @comedymothership this weekend! See you at the club, but go grab yourself a sandwich before or after!

That’s just how the joint in my hometown of Wilkes-Barre made em growing up! Such an underrated hoagie! Sharp prov is the money shot on these too.

That looks pretty delicious. Love jalapeños but for me I would tone down the amount of them in my sandwich because you don’t need many to get that spicy kick.
