Sometimes, we inherit beliefs without ever really questioning where they came from. We hear things growing up, accept them as truth, and carry them with us without always exploring other perspectives.

And honestly, I get it, because for a really long time, I thought the same way.

But life has a way of putting you through experiences that change how you see things.

Sometimes, the things you once believed you had all figured out start to look a little different when life gives you a perspective you never had before.

I’m not here to change anyone’s beliefs or tell anyone what to think. I just think there’s something beautiful about staying curious, asking questions, and allowing ourselves to learn about things we may not fully understand.

We don’t have to agree on everything, and we don’t have to understand someone else’s journey to respect it. But I do believe there’s value in thinking for ourselves and being open to the possibility that there’s more to learn.

After all, sometimes life has to take us through an experience before we’re willing to understand someone else’s. 🤍
