Virginia Beach girlies, there is something about leaving a meditation class feeling like the weight of the world just got a little lighter. 🥹🤍

Your mind is quieter, your body feels relaxed, and for a little while, you weren’t thinking about the 100 other things waiting for you.

Just an hour to slow down, breathe, and let yourself be taken care of.

Come experience it at Exhale. I’d love to have you here. 🤍

One thing about mediumship is that you have to learn to trust what comes through, even when you have absolutely no idea where it’s going.

Sometimes I’ll be sitting with someone and information starts coming through that makes me question myself. I’m thinking, “Okay, where did THAT come from?” 😂

Sometimes it’s a name, a memory, a random detail, or something that doesn’t make sense to me at all in the moment.

But here’s something I’ve learned along the way…

I’m not always supposed to understand the information I receive.

My job is to share what comes through, not to make it fit into a story that makes sense to me.

The person sitting across from me may recognize something I could never have known, and a detail that seems completely random to me might mean the world to them.

That’s why trust is such a big part of mediumship.

You have to learn to quiet that little voice in your head that questions everything and allow the information to come through without overthinking it.

It’s not always easy to do either.

And yes, sometimes I still sit there wondering how the fuck I’m going to explain what just came out of my mouth. 🤣

But that’s part of the process, and learning to trust that process has been such an important part of my journey.

You don’t have to have every answer. You just have to be willing to listen. ❤️

October 27th is Día de los Muertos for our beloved pets who have crossed the rainbow bridge.

They may have had paws instead of feet and fur instead of skin, but the love they gave us was JUST as real as any other love we’ve known. ❤️

Tomorrow, light a candle in their memory. Say their name, remember their little quirks, and take a moment to honor the beautiful place they will always hold in your heart.

I’d love for you to share a photo of your beloved pet in the comments and tell me their name.

I’ll be lighting a candle for them, too, honoring these beautiful souls and the love they brought into your life.

Because they were never just pets. They were family. And the love doesn’t end just because their time with us does. 🤍🕯️

Let’s talk about something I wish more people understood about mediumship.

A reading isn’t a performance where I need to convince you that I’m special.

I’m not here to put on a show, tell you what you want to hear, or promise that every question will have an answer.

My work is about connection, the information I receive, and sharing that information with care and honesty.

Every session is its own experience. I can’t promise exactly what will come through or how you’ll experience it. And I will always respect the fact that you get to decide what resonates with you.

I know mediumship can bring up a lot of questions. It’s okay to be curious. It’s okay to be nervous. It’s okay to want to understand what a session actually looks like before booking one.

You don’t have to pretend to know everything about this world to have a conversation with me.

That’s what I’m here for. To teach you.

If you’ve been curious about mediumship but haven’t known where to start, my messages are open. 🤍 by @melnthemiddle

Sometimes, we inherit beliefs without ever really questioning where they came from. We hear things growing up, accept them as truth, and carry them with us without always exploring other perspectives.

And honestly, I get it, because for a really long time, I thought the same way.

But life has a way of putting you through experiences that change how you see things.

Sometimes, the things you once believed you had all figured out start to look a little different when life gives you a perspective you never had before.

I’m not here to change anyone’s beliefs or tell anyone what to think. I just think there’s something beautiful about staying curious, asking questions, and allowing ourselves to learn about things we may not fully understand.

We don’t have to agree on everything, and we don’t have to understand someone else’s journey to respect it. But I do believe there’s value in thinking for ourselves and being open to the possibility that there’s more to learn.

After all, sometimes life has to take us through an experience before we’re willing to understand someone else’s. 🤍

A little peek at our very first Friday Exhale!

So, what exactly is Friday Exhale? Think of it as a chance to step away from your everyday routine, get out of the house, try something different, meet up with friends, make new ones, and just enjoy yourself for a couple of hours.

Each Friday Exhale will have a different theme, so there will always be something new to look forward to! From creative nights to cozy gatherings and everything in between, I want these evenings to be a chance to unwind, have fun, and connect with others in a relaxed, welcoming space.

I have to give a HUGE shout-out to my girlfriends Bubbs & Rocky who helped me bring this first Friday Exhale to life! Thank you for helping me get everything set up, making sure every little detail was just right, and helping me make sure I had everything I needed without having a nervous breakdown! 😵‍💫

You both know how much this means to me, and having you by my side through all the excitement, stress, and last-minute details made it that much more special. I seriously don’t know what I’d do without you girls. I love you, and I’m so thankful to have you in my corner! 🥹💕

If you missed this one, I hope I get to see you at the next one! I have so much planned for Friday Exhale, and I’m just getting started. 👻😘
